Our cooking class schedule is full of classes that are fun, casual, and yet instructive. These hands-on events cover a wide range of topics from cooking for the holidays, basic pastry or searing and roasting skills, to how to cook for one.

We focus on teaching cooking methods and principals versus simply executing a recipe. Our objective is to demonstrate that with a little kitchen intuition, you can create a fantastic meal without being tied to a cookbook.
